General product update for our March 20 release
The primary enhancement with this update is in a much more efficient to use survey response interface. This new interface, pictured below, groups questions visually and condenses the content making it generally easier for your students and other users to complete:
General improvements:
- Milestone files are now visually separated out by category making this feature easier to use:
- Template documents that are added to milestones in all projects by Admin users
- Instructor uploaded documents (commonly used when instructors upload the student’s file with comments added
- Student uploaded documents
- Add overall average to survey average reports
- Include project name and organization in all survey reports
- Show multiple entries on the survey completion report when a user was sent the same survey for multiple projects (i.e. client receiving client survey for more than one project)
- Include updated files in file digest email
- New option to allow time dashboard week view to always start on Sunday regardless of the day of the week the project was started on. This will be the new default beginning Fall 2020
- Warn users when navigating away from the milestone editor page if they have not saved changes

Bug fixes:
- Resolved an issue with SSO for student applications when a user already had an EduSourced account in a different workspace
- Resolved issues related to time tracking
- Resolved issues related to users inputting SSO IDs which had whitespace at the beginning or end or were duplicates
- Resolve an issue with required fields not being enforced on project submission form
- Resolve an issue with disabled users continuing to receive email notifications in certain circumstances
- Resolve an issue with mentors not receiving added to project notification
- Resolve an issue resulting in duplicate welcome emails in certain circumstances
- Resolve small issues with the milestone dashboard
- Resolve issue with index page action buttons on students tab
