School users log in with their school ID and password (Single Sign On) or authenticate automatically through their Learning Management System. Industry partners log in with their work email, with no need for a school SSO account.
TeamBuilder
Building student teams is a critical step for many experiential learning programs. But even for programs who directly assign students to teams directly, without a student preference step, this can be time consuming if your program is large.
TeamBuilder is meant to make creating teams as efficient as possible while giving faculty and staff tools to review and fine tune their teams.
Project Health
Don’t let a team or client issue fall through the cracks! With Project Health, users vote on their satisfaction with the project’s direction and real-time indicators tell you how everything is going.
Get notified when there is an issue: if a teammate, client or mentor vote that there is an issue with the project, you are immediately notified and can do a deeper dive on any issues.
We designed Project Health to be easy for all users to engage with, including project clients. With over 50,000 project health votes collected to date, we are confident your users will find this feature useful!
Spending (Budget and Expense Tracking)
Some Experiential Learning programs have dollars to track in their projects. This may be a budget provided by a project sponsor or it may be money provided by the school to cover student expenses like travel or materials. If your program has money to track, enable the EduSourced Spending feature to keep everything in one place!
EduSourced Spending is highly configurable: allow students to propose a budget plan for their project or allocate funds for them to spend. Or, simply have students track expenses after the are made. However you set up Spending, it is a powerful feature to coordinate project budgets across many teams at once. You can even enable client visibility if needed.
